به دنبال تماس و ملاقات نسرین بشارت با مسئول "سازمان بین المللی حقوق بشر كانادا"، آقای ماریو گیلومبو، Mario Guilombo، وی نامه ای سرگشاده به علی خامنه ای نوشت و نسخه ای از آن را هم برای نسرین بشارت ایمیل كرده است. در این نامه آقای گیلومبو به حكم اعدام فرزانه مرادی اعتراض كرده و او را قربانی خشونت سیستماتیك و تبعیض در ایران می داند. در بخشی از نامه آقای گیلومبو آمده است: "سازمان حقوق بشر كانادا شدیدا حكم اعدام فرازانه مرادی ٢٦ ساله كه مادر دختر بچه ای ١٠ ساله می باشد را به اتهام قتل همسرش محكوم می كند. فرزانه مرادی قربانی خشونت و تبعیض در ایران است. ما خواهان لغو حكم اعدام هستیم و تلاش می كنیم كه ایشان آزاد شوند."

The Canadian Human Rights International Organization, "CHRIO" is a nonprofit organization based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Our Mission is to protect all victims of Human Rights violations regardless of where they are at or are from. Our organization also fights against all forms of discrimination based on race, creed, gender, sexual orientation, physical and mental disabilities in accordance to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights set for by the United Nations.
"CHRIO", as per our Bylaw, has a commitment to watch over the protection of fundamental rights of people, life, freedom, security, personal integrity, freedom of conscience and in general their fundamental rights and demand compliance based on conventions, treaties, protocols, international regulation, local constitutions and with the Declaration of Human Rights and the Universal Declaration of Children Rights as set out by the United Nations.
CHRIO strongly condemns the execution of FARZANEH MORADI of only 26 years old and mother of a girl of only ten years old, is accused of killing her husband. Farzaneh Moradi is a victim of violence and discrimination in Iran. We demand a ban on capital punishment, and struggle for her release.
We hope that you join our cause to ban violations of Human Rights and Children Rights and provide the necessary protection to the life of this brave young girl. We hope that you give seriousness to our petitions and this way striving to a better Iran.
